Kuromamecha, our organic black soybean tea, is a true delight. Crafted from the finest iwaikuro black soybeans, it boasts a savory aroma and a nutty, sweet flavor. This caffeine-free herbal tea can be enjoyed hot or cold, and the beans themselves make a tasty, fiber-rich snack.

Brewing the Perfect Cup

To bring out the full fragrance and flavor of Kuromamecha, we recommend using water just shy of boiling, around 203°F (95°C). Steep the tea for 5 minutes, and you can even re-steep it up to 2 times. Enjoy the tea hot or chill it for a refreshing cold beverage.

For a delightful snack, soak the Kuromamecha beans in water overnight, then simmer them with sugar and a pinch of salt the next day. Add soy sauce to taste for a nourishing treat.
